Fall 2026 registration is now open. Blue Chip families can review the current program options and choose the path that best fits their player or team.

St. Johns County Gym Access Update

The St. Johns County School District community-access situation remains unresolved. Blue Chip continues to monitor the situation and pursue reasonable access to community gym resources while moving forward with the facilities and program resources currently available.

If additional indoor gym space becomes available, Blue Chip may offer optional indoor practice opportunities that coaches can choose to use. Availability, scheduling, and any related cost would be communicated before families commit. These opportunities would supplement the current games-only league structure and are not guaranteed.

Current Fall Options

Blue Chip Ballers — Young Player Development

Coed, grades K–3 · $265 base

A Saturday developmental program for young players who are new to basketball or continuing to build fundamentals, confidence, and organized team-play experience.

NFLBL/BC Rec/Comp League

Boys grades 3–12 · Girls grades 4–9 · $285 games-only base

Professionally arranged weekend games with player placement based on age, ability, roster fit, and available coaching resources. Applying begins the placement review and does not charge the family immediately. Any optional coaching or indoor-practice opportunity is presented with the exact details before a family commits.

Preformed Club or AAU Teams

Established teams with their own coach, uniforms, and insurance can use the separate Club Team Registration pathway.

Important Update: Team App Communications Are Moving to BCOS

Stack Team App is no longer our main platform for communications and support.

Blue Chip is migrating to our new platform, BCOS, which is currently in major development and testing.

We need all families, players, and coaches to start using BCOS now so we can continue testing and improving it before the fall season.

Start Using BCOS Today

Log in, install BCOS as an app on your phone, and begin using it for updates and communication.

Open BCOS

Please Be Patient During Development

Because BCOS is being custom built from scratch, features are being added and modified daily. There may be times when parts of the app temporarily stop working or feel buggy.

If you experience a problem, please take a screenshot and text it to: 904-395-5527

  3. If the issue continues, close any browser tabs for BCOS and reopen the app.

UPDATED – AAU National – DISNEY/ESPN Memorial Classic May 23-25th

Player Pool Update

Weekly AAU practices will continue until the tournament for players being considered for Memorial Day Classic rosters.
Updated 5/4 | Final Rosters Release this week
We have secured team spots at this sold out tournament. Check the current team status below for available openings. If you would like to be considered, complete the interest form at the bottom of the page.

This is one of the top AAU national events in the country. Last year, the tournament sold out with over 600 teams competing across ESPN Wide World of Sports and the Orange County Convention Center.

Blue Chip is currently finalizing its Memorial Day Classic player pool. These are selection-based rosters, so not all players who express interest will be chosen. Final teams will be built based on fit, attendance, readiness, team need, and coach evaluation.

Players who have already submitted their pre-order commitment do not need to resubmit the form. Weekly practices will continue until the tournament, and final rosters and cuts will be decided on 5/3 at 10:00 PM.

Current Team Status

This section will update as roster demand and confirmed openings change.
BOYS STATUS
  • 5th/6th Grade – 3 spots open
  • 7th/8th Red – Full / upgrade cuts only
  • 7th/8th Blue – 2 spots open
  • 9th Grade – Full / upgrade cuts only

  • 11th Grade – 4 spots open
GIRLS STATUS
  • 6th/7th Grade – Full / upgrade cuts only
  • 7th/8th Grade – 4 spots open

Process

1
Submit Interest Form
If you would like to play in this tournament, submit your availability ASAP. Once a coach reviews the player’s availability and information, they may be invited to pre-order the tournament ticket, which serves as their commitment to play if selected after final cuts.
2
Practice Access
Players who submit their pre-order commitment will be added to Team App, where they will receive practice and tryout access. Boys attend Wednesday sessions and girls attend Thursday sessions.
3
Final Roster Decisions
Coaches will finalize rosters and make final cuts on 5/3 at 10:00 PM.
4
Team Confirmation
Selected players will receive final team communication, tournament details, and all next-step instructions after rosters are released.
Important
Submitting interest does not guarantee a roster spot. Not all players will be selected for this event. Players who are not chosen for this tournament may still be considered for future AAU events.

Blue Chip 2026 AAU Tournament Player Pool Now Open

Blue Chip Elite Logo

Blue Chip 2026 AAU Tournament Player Pool – Now Open

Spring local league is the beginning of our tournament player development cycle. From there, we evaluate, develop, and build throughout the spring and summer with the goal of finishing strong at End of Summer Slam at ESPN in Orlando.

Blue Chip is now building its 2026 tournament player pool for boys in 4th through 12th grade. This process is for:

  • IDP players
  • Current Blue Chip players coming out of Spring League
  • Outside competitive players looking for high-level tournament opportunities

Competitive Player Opportunities

In addition to our core Blue Chip players, this process is also open to experienced and high-level players outside of the program who are looking for additional tournament opportunities.

Many skilled players participate in multiple sports or are part of other organizations that may not attend larger multi-court events such as ESPN tournaments. We are actively looking to identify and include players who:

  • can compete at a high level
  • are looking for additional game reps and experience
  • may be available for select tournaments only

Players may be selected for one or multiple tournament weekends based on fit, availability, and team needs.

This is not a recreational or guaranteed-placement program. It is a competitive player pool where teams are built based on performance, readiness, and roster construction.

Our summer program is designed to be flexible, competitive, and realistic for families. Instead of locking every team into one large tournament commitment, we first collect player availability, evaluate fit, and then build teams tournament by tournament on an a la carte basis.

Our Summer Strategy

In past years, we have been one of the top organizations by total team count at the AAU Memorial Day Classic at ESPN. This year, we are still targeting major ESPN events, but our goal is to build throughout the summer and make End of Summer Slam at ESPN our primary season finale.

Phase 1 – Spring League Build
Develop all players through league play and training.

Phase 2 – Early Tournament Entry
Selective team submissions for Easter and Memorial events.

Phase 3 – Summer Development
Mini-camps, weeknight games, and local tournament reps.

Phase 4 – Premier Event Window
Selective teams compete in high-level events.

Phase 5 – End of Summer Slam
Primary organizational finish at ESPN.

Target Events

Easter Classic – Orlando – April 3-5

AAU Memorial Day Classic – ESPN – May 23-25

Summer Jam Fest – Tavares / Big House – June 5-7

Elite Summer Classic – Game Point – June 20-21

AAU World Championships – ESPN
8th-12th: July 2-5
3rd-7th: July 6-9

End of Summer Slam – ESPN – July 24-26

Summer Programming

  • Mini-camps: 3-hour sessions every other week (included for IDP)
  • Flexible scheduling: works around gym maintenance
  • Weekday game reps: live practice through games
  • Supplemental play: pop-up tournament/game opportunities
High-level players from outside the program are encouraged to submit availability for consideration.

Tournament dates subject to change based on operator confirmation, roster formation, and organizational approval.

WINTER SEASON LATE REGISTRATION

REGISTER ASAP
PLAYERS ON SCHOOL TEAMS LOOKING TO GET GAME MINUTES ON SATURDAYS
MAKE SURE TO REGISTER GAMES ONLY BY 12/14 10 AM

Middle and high school rosters are typically 12 to 15 players who are fighting for only 24 MS and 32 HS minutes per game, usually only twice a week. Almost half the players on a school squad will get very little to no minutes so getting game minutes on the weekend is crucial for these players to not regress.
