Player Development Sessions with Scotty Mason – Pro NBA/College Trainer

Scotty Mason (click for staff profile) will review player profile submissions and based on the player mix he will configure the groups and do a custom session based on what he feels the individuals in the group need to work on the most. Text any questions to 904.395.5527

Submit your profile below and once Scotty places you in a group, you will then get a link to your training ticket. If you cannot be placed in this session due to being full or player mix you will be put in queue to be considered with the next group.

2024/25 Competitive Team & AAU Players

Our community’s basketball-focused players train weekly, year-round at our local school gyms in our
BC Intense Development program directed by Duke Legend

The BC IDP investment is $150/mo. Developing players with experience and advanced players train weekly in the pool and the top evaluated players are invited to play on competitive teams in local and travel AAU tournaments.

BCE Activities are set up ala carte based on the particular team configuration. In addition to league activities, a team could play in 2-10 tournaments starting in Spring and Summer. Based on team goals and performance a team’s AAU season may extend well into the Summer.

BC IDP is a month-to-month commitment, not yearly or seasonally and is NOT pay-to-play.

Finalizing the squads for the upcoming AAU Kings Court – Dec 16-17 – A large 90-100 team tournament at Game Point Event Center in Orlando

Blue Chip – The Big House – Memorial Day Tournament

Competitive Tournament Players

Blue Chip currently has 6 teams attending a popular 130 team Memorial tournament at one of the best venues in the Southeast: The Big House which houses 9 NBA regulation hardwood courts. We have a few potential slots we might be able to fill with the right players, Any players interested fill out our interest form ASAP

Shooting + Got Next Clinic

TONITE Thursday in the Fruit Cove area

This session is for intermediate to advanced-level 8-11th grade players only

  • 7-8pm – station drills focusing on shooting and pick & roll
  • 8-9pm 5v5 GotNext format


From 7-8pm Coach Laster (click for staff profile) will coordinate coach/trainer-supervised stations that will focus on shooting and pick and roll techniques.

From 8-9pm any players that stay (NOT MANDATORY) will participate in 5v5 GotNext practice which is basically a variation of 5v5 king of the court.

Multi-Level Skills Training Sessions

Thursday @ Fruit Cove Middle School Gym

Small Group – Very Limited Slots are Available

  • 6pm Fundamental/Intermediate
  • 7pm Intermediate/Advanced
  • 8pm Intermediate/Advanced


Coach Jack (click for staff profile) will choose what skills slot your player will go into and then will move them as needed in future sessions based on their development.

Once you get a skills ticket you will not be charged until your player is placed and your slot is confirmed. If your player cannot be placed your ticket will be canceled and you can try for the next session.
