We will do our best to place your player based on your stated preference. For drafted teams, coaches also consider scheduling reliability when forming rosters. Outdoor practices can be limited by weather conditions and court availability. Families who indicate flexibility toward an indoor option may experience faster placement and fewer scheduling interruptions.

These coaches may be volunteers or may have independent gym access. Blue Chip does not control these coaches outside of their team’s game-day participation, which we organize and schedule.

By selecting Outdoor practices with a Volunteer Coach, you understand that League Play guarantees games only. Team placement and practices depend on player availability, volunteer coach participation, and outdoor court access.

• Team placement is not guaranteed. Teams are formed based on draft availability and roster balance.
• Outdoor practices are weather-dependent and may be inconsistent due to court availability.
• If a team cannot be formed in the outdoor volunteer option, your registration pre-order may be canceled or adjusted based on your upgrade selection.
• If you elect to upgrade to an indoor gym option due to placement availability, indoor practice schedules are also subject to gym availability and are not guaranteed for a specific night or location.
• Once a player is placed and the pre-order is processed, registration becomes non-refundable.

This option is for players requesting placement on a staff-coached indoor team. Indoor practices are typically the most stable option because they are built around scheduled gym time and trained staff coaches. However, practice day/time/location is not guaranteed and may adjust due to school calendars, gym access, and team assignments.

• Placement is not guaranteed until we confirm an available staff-coached roster spot.
• Practices are typically held in the second half of the week (most commonly Thursday, sometimes Wednesday or Friday), but may shift earlier based on roster needs and facility availability.
• This structure often aligns with our training model where players train earlier in the week and complete squad practices later in the week, but exact schedules vary by team.
• Once a player is placed and the pre-order is processed, registration becomes non-refundable.
