This process should be done by all players who have an email and by all parents who want to also be able to submit availability and communications on behalf of their player.

More than 1 family member can be assigned to a player to allow them to see schedule and participate in app activities. They will not be able to respond or RSVP on the player’s behalf unless they are set as a primary guardian.

So any guardians should send a message in team app to be set as a primary guardian if they want to respond for the payer and see all communication for the player.

1. Install the app for your device

2. Open the app and click sign in/sign up

the app will send you an email with a code to be entered in the app.

3. Once logged in click search for team and enter BCE. Select the program you are a member of (BCE – BLUE CHIP ELITE)

4. After team is selected choose the access group you are in: Player, parent, coach etc

5. Once you submit the request for access you will get an approval once it has been reviewed by staff.
