NEW TO TEAM APP:

 Team App is what we use to communicate all aspects of the program. You can use the app on your mobile device and also on a computer at Teamapp.com.

Team App meets our SAFESPORTS requirement because all players should have an account and their account is linked to one or more primary guardian accounts. Parents should set up their accounts and will be assigned as guardians. Guardians will see all communication that is received and sent by their players. Guardians set as PRIMARY are also able to communicate and respond to RSVPs on behalf of their players.

For example: A father can be linked as guardian to see all the info on their player’s account and the mother can be the primary guardian and be able to send messages and RSVP for the player OR both parents can be set as primary and be able to RSVP and chat on the player’s behalf.

This process should be done by all players who have an email and by all parents who want to also be able to submit availability and communications on behalf of their player.

1. Install the app for your device

2. Open the app and click sign in/sign up

the app will send you an email with a code to be entered in the app.

3. Once logged in click search for team and enter Blue Chip. Select the program you are a member of (BLUE CHIP JR NBA)

4. After team is selected choose the access group you are in: Player, parent, coach, Team Name etc

5. Once you submit the request for access you will get an approval once it has been reviewed by staff.

Games TAB

 All activities related to games and tournaments are listed here. In the submenu, you can click your player’s team name and see the games scheduled for the team that your player is included or you can click “all entries” or another team name to see everything scheduled if you are interested in attending a game to support another team. If you cannot put yes/no for RSVP then your player is not on that team, if you believe there is an error email support@bluechipelite.com

Practice TAB

Practice and training schedules are listed here. When you click on the tab you should only see sessions that your player is included and you should always RSVP Yes/No if you notice an error or expect to see a practice email support@bluechipelite.com

The image below shows that Evan is included in the activity because Evan’s primary guardians or he can respond Yes/No

The image below shows that player is NOT in the activity because player’s primary guardians or player CANNOT respond Yes/No

If you are not able to RSVP then the player IS NOT a part of that group and are not expected to attend. If you cannot RSVP but believe you are supposed to be then email us
