Registering to play does not guarantee any minutes. Coaches have sole discretion on giving players any minutes to play in games.

No player, parent or spectator should address a coach for a perceived issue until at least 48 hours have passed after a game.

You understand that if this is processed during the preorder period that you will not be charged until your player is placed. Also that this is the fee that pays for the tournament only. There are normally at least 2 practices or more prior to a tournament and a practice fee can run additional 0-$15 per practice based on the available gym and length of practice.

Players are responsible to provide their own travel and lodging. Only book hotels once your spot is confirmed by getting a confirmation that your preorder is charged and completed. Just because you got the preorder doesn’t mean the spot or team registration is guaranteed lots of work and hard decisions still need to be made. Once you do get the confirmation that it is completed and charged, usually in that email it will have a team Hotel link or there will be instructions in team app. Also you can usually book whatever other arrangements you want as well if needed.

If you do book in advance make sure to get a favorable refund policy just in case.
