IDP players participate in the exact same League Play season, divisions, and game schedule as all registered teams.

IDP is differentiated by the development standard, role flexibility, and evaluation focus expected within that same competitive structure.

Schedule (League Play)

IDP participates in the full League Play schedule and competitive format.

  • Saturday, May 16 โ€” Season Finale Weekend

wk 1-3 schedule is typically released every Monday afternoon the week before games. wk 4-6 released Monday after week 4 games. Finale Weekend released by the Tuesday prior. Schedule adjustments may occur based on final division counts and facility availability.

IDP Squad Practices
  • Practices are expected to begin the second week of March.
  • Practices are typically on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday nights.
  • Most commonly on Thursdays between 5:00โ€“9:00 PM, with younger groups starting earlier.
  • Practice structure and emphasis may shift during the season based on development focus and team needs.
IDP Development Standard
  • Role & position flexibility: Players may be asked to move positions, adjust roles, or expand responsibilities to support development and team needs.
  • Proving ground mindset: League games serve as live evaluation environments. Adaptability, decision-making, and composure under pressure are emphasized.
  • Coach discretion: Rotations, roles, and on-court responsibilities are determined by coaching staff based on development and competitive needs.

IDP participation does not guarantee outcomes. Effort, growth, and performance determine progression.

Uniform & Appearance Standards
  • Official IDP jersey and shorts are required. Uniform components are purchased during registration.
  • Full uniform must be worn and tucked in at all league games and tournaments.
  • Size with growth in mind: This uniform is intended for one full year of games, then for two additional years as a practice uniform.

All IDP players must complete an updated player profile section during registration. This information feeds directly into our upcoming evaluation and player development system.
