League Overview
- All skill levels welcome: Our league is intentionally structured to support players ranging from brand-new beginners to advanced and elite athletes, including AAU-level talent.
- School-team style season: Weekly games, organized divisions, standings, scheduled matchups, and a competitive season finale โ similar to the middle or high school experience.
- Coach depth: Many coaches participating in the league range from first-time coaches to high-level coaches who lead school teams โ including coaches with college and even NBA experience.
- Balanced competition: Divisions are created to promote competitive, developmentally appropriate games.
- Performance-driven progression: Matchups evolve as teams move up or down based on competitiveness and results.

Final divisions are determined by registration counts and evaluations.
- Coed: 3rd/4th Grade (10U)
- Boys & Girls Separate: 5th/6th (12U), 7th/8th (14U)
- Boys Only: HS JV (16U), HS Varsity (18U)

League Structure & Progression
- Weeks 1โ3: District Division Play. Teams may move up or down divisions based on results and competitiveness.
- Week 4: Regional Play with matchups based on competitive balance and performance.
- Final Weekend: Playoffs for qualifying teams and evenly matched consolation games for all others.
Division movement is based on evaluation, record, strength of schedule, and league board review to ensure competitive integrity.
Season Finale Format
Top-performing teams may be selected for a playoff or tournament format. Selection is not determined by record alone.

Officiating & Game Environment
- Certified officials operating under FHSAA high school rules
- Paid staff officials

Game Format:
10U โ 16 minute halves
12U and up โ 18 minute halves with stop clock on free throws
Game format may be modified as needed based on league operations.
Minor rule adjustments may be implemented to maintain safety, competitive balance, or scheduling efficiency.

Typical Schedule Release Timeline:
Weeks 1โ3 schedules are released the Monday before each game week.
Weeks 4โ6 schedules are released the Sunday following Week 3 games.
Week 7 (Finale) is released the Monday or Tuesday prior to the final weekend. - Schedules are finalized after division counts and gym confirmations.
- Facility assignments may vary throughout the season to balance teams, divisions, gym capacity, and fair travel.
